For Immediate Release: NEWSFLASH
LAS VEGAS (September 30, 2025) – The International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA) invites the industry to connect during the Global Gaming Expo (G2E), October 7 – 9, 2025, at booth #5234 and at its Annual Meeting.
“IGSA has been introducing best practices to the industry in recent years, and our standards power many of the innovations seen at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E). Our standards and best practices make the implementation possible, seamlessly allowing suppliers to be creative and allowing operators to offer new and exciting experiences to their customers,” said IGSA President Mark Pace.
IGSA invites the industry to attend its Annual Meeting on Wednesday, October 8, from 9:00 am – 10:30 am, just off the G2E show floor at the Venetian Resort in Casanova Room 501. The event will feature keynote speaker Shawn Fluharty, Delegate, West Virginia and President of the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States, as well as updates from IGSA Chairman, President, and Committee chairs. President Mark Pace will present IGSA’s look to the future. Attendance is free, and registration is required: REGISTER HERE.
Delegate Fluharty serves as the Minority Whip in the West Virginia House of Delegates where he was first elected in 2014. In his legislative capacity, he has championed sports betting and iGaming initiatives and in the most current legislative sessions was key in passing player harassment and major responsible gaming legislation that other legislators and states are mirroring. Fluharty’s combined experience in state government, and the private sector where he was a litigator at a major law firm and currently serving as Head of Government Affairs for supplier Play’n GO gives him a rare, balanced perspective on gaming regulation. His leadership and insights into the evolving iGaming landscape make him a valued voice in shaping thoughtful, future-ready gaming policy and standards.
