• The IGSA Bylaws, Intellectual Property Policy, and Antitrust Guidelines should be adhered to. These policies are available to all members from the GSA web site.
• Committees shall not engage in any discussions regarding intellectual property and should always strive to utilize the best technology for the industry. Members may reference IGSA Policy 103 for more information on IGSA’s Intellectual Property Policy.
• If they wish for any written information which they share with the committee to be treated confidentially, that the information should be prominently marked “Confidential” and treated as such.
• Committee membership carries with it very specific responsibilities as stated in the IGSA Policies.
