IGSA at G2E & the IGSA 2026 ANNUAL MEETING
IGSA will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting in conjunction with the G2E trade show. Our Annual Meeting is on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Venetian Center meeting room Cassanova – Level 1 Room 501 just off the show floor. A continental breakfast will be served. Please join us as we recap an incredible 2026 and look ahead at 2027!

In partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), IGSA is holding a FREE two-day conference on November 17-18 at the AWS campus in Seattle, Washington, adjacent to the famous Amazon Spheres.

COMMITTEE UPDATES
CYBER RESILIENCY
The Cyber Resiliency Committee last met on August 25. The group continued it discussions about the current state of AI and security. They also advanced their current draft of their Best Practices document, and hope to release it by the end of the year. The committee’s next scheduled meeting date is TBD.
EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES
The Emerging Technologies Committee met on August 21. The committee held important preliminary discussions about future work plans, including a call for jurisdictional best practices. The next meeting date is TBD.
ETHICAL AI
The committee met on August 10 and has been discussing the next Best Practice and finalizing the FAQ companion document. The next meeting date is September 17.
GAMING DEVICE STANDARD (GDS)
Calling all former and interested GDS Committee participants! We are looking to restart this committee to work firstly on creating an updated Toolkit, and then to identify areas within the protocol that may need to be updated. The next meeting date is TBD.
ONLINE SKILL GAMING
The new committee met on August 12. The group for this committee continues to grow and is currently looking at best practices and the creation of a white paper. The next meeting date is September 10.
PAYMENTS
The Payments Committee has broken out into working groups to create more detailed documents. The next meeting date is September 9.
REGULATORY
The Regulatory Committee recently met on August 11. Regulators who wish to participate in this committee should send a request to be added to michelleo@igsa.org. This committee is open only to regulators and there are no membership requirements and no dues. The next meeting is September 8.
SAFER GAMBLING
The Safer Gambling Committee members met on August 30 and discussed next steps. The next meeting is September 8.
