News – Letter from the President
G2E and Annual Meeting
Another G2E is in the books! We had the opportunity to meet with representatives from many of our Member companies, as well as share information about our association with several new potential Members. We are grateful to Reed Exhibitions for once again providing us with booth space and supporting our work.
The Annual Meeting was, based on input received, very successful! A big thank you is in order to Mr. Andrew Cardno, CEO of Quick Custom Technologies, for his keynote speech and the tangible AI-related tools he shared. I am also incredibly grateful for all those that took time to attend this meeting. We had a packed room! For those that could not attend, I shared IGSA’s 2026 operational review and a look ahead at 2027.
For 2026, the main highlights were:
- 100% Membership Renewals
- 7 New Members – and counting!
- Over $100K decrease in Expenses
- Over $100K increase in Retained Earnings.
Looking ahead at 2027:
In addition to focusing on our Strategic Plan Pillars – Engage and Grow Membership, Maintain and Grow Regulatory Partnerships, Elevate IGSA’s Profile in the Industry, and Protect and Grow the Association – in 2027 we will look to open an office to serve the Latin American market and develop tools using IGSA Regulatory Standards offering fully functioning solutions to Regulators not just specifications.
Thanks to our Members and an incredible Board of Directors, IGSA is in great shape and ready to tackle the challenges 2027 will bring!
